ddtlcm - ddtlcm 0.2.1

What's new

• The name of internal data data_hchs has been changed to parameter_diet to avoid confusion about its content. No raw data from the HCHS study is included.

• The old internal data result_hchs has been replaced by another data file result_diet_1000iters to avoid confusion about its content.

• A function plot.ddt_lcm has been added to produce trace plots of the posterior samples. The vignettes is updated to demonstrate this function.

• A bug in the function sample_tree_topology has been fixed.

• Updated ORCID of Zhenke Wu.

• Updated description of the package.

• Added unit tests.
