README.md
NEON-utilities
NEON-utilities is a repository hosting packages and code for basic data handling for NEON data. It currently contains:
neonUtilities: an R package for discovering, downloading, and working with NEON data files. This builds upon the deprecated pacakge,neonDataStackR.cheat-sheet-neonUtilities: a cheat sheet for theneonUtilitiespackage. Also available on the NEON website, this is intended to be a quick guide to function inputs for users who are already familiar with the package.
Python
The Python neonutilities package is hosted at https://github.com/NEONScience/NEON-utilities-python. Although the cheat sheet focuses on the R package, the function structure and inputs are nearly identical.
Requests
Bug reports and feature requests should be posted to the Issues page in this repository.
Usage
Specific instructions for using each code/package are provided in the README in each code/package subdirectory.
If you encounter problems with code in this repository, feel free to post an issue.
