BEST
Code for the BEST (Bayesian Estimation Supersedes t-Test) package based on John Kruschke's program.
It implements the method of Kruschke (2013) Bayesian estimation supersedes the t test. Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, 142(2):573-603. doi: 10.1037/a0029146.
For more on the approach used, see the book: Kruschke (2011) Doing Bayesian data analysis: a tutorial with R and BUGS. Elsevier, Amsterdam etc.
