BWGS (BreedWheat Genomic Selection pipeline)

The R package BWGS is developed by Dr. Louis Gautier Tran [V.G.] louis.gautier.tran@eurominister.com and Dr. Gilles Charmet gilles.charmet@inra.fr. This repository is forked from original repository and modified as a R package. The BWGS is part of The European BreedWheat project (2011-2019) funded with 34M€. The publishing to Cran is maintained by Dr. Louis Gautier Tran.

Installation
